Prices:
Ex-Works, Un-Packed etc
Sales Tax:
18% Sales Tax will be charged extra as per government rules
Terms of Payment:
70% advance payment & balance 30% at the time of delivery
Delivery Period:
For 2-3 Weeks days after receipt of confirmed purchase order & advance payment.
Inspection:
At our works prior to dispatch
Validity:
Our quotation is valid for 5 day and there after subject to our written confirmation.
Warranty:
The equipment will be under complete Guarantee/Warrantee for the period of one year
Force Majure:
Our quotation is subject to standard clauses of force majeure.
Note:
1) Our warranty will be only against manufacturing defects and does not cover defects arising
due to improper transportation, installation, protection, operation or maintenance

2) Our Prices are based on 1 USD = 280 PKR. Any depreciation of more than 2% in PKR
