Class Rules
1. Turn on your camera

General Information and Rules
Why?
TOEIC was developed to
assess the English-language
listening and reading skills
needed in the workplace and
everyday life. TOEIC Listening
and Reading test scores
indicate how well a person
can communicate in English
with others in a business
setting.
What?
TOEIC contains of 200 questions.
The test takers have 120 minutes
to answer all questions.
• 100 questions for listening in
45 minutes.
• 100 questions for reading in
75 minutes.
General Information and Rules

• Arrive at least fifteen (15) minutes before the test begins.

• Bring valid ID with a photograph (e.g. passport, ID card [KTP], drivers
license [SIM], student’s ID [KTM])
• Bring 2B pencils, eraser, and pen.
• Books, dictionaries, papers, notes, rulers, calculators, watch, mobile
phones, listening devices, recording or photographic equipment,
How? highlighters, or aids of any kind are not allowed in the testing room.
• Do not mark or underline words, or make notes in the test book or on the
answer sheet.
• Ask the test supervisor or proctor’s permission to leave the testing room.
