TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS APPLICATION

This Internship Programme Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Advisors Alliance Pte Ltd, with
its principal place of business at 80 Raffles Place, #36-01 UOB Plaza 1, Singapore 048624 (the "Company"), and the
Applicant.

1. Internship Period: The Internship Programme will begin on 14 May 2024 and end on 19 July 2024. The Applicant is
expected to be present for coaching from Monday to Friday, 0930hrs to 1730hrs, during the Company's regular business
hours.

2. Mentoring Support Grant: The Applicant will receive a grant of $1200 upon completing the Internship Programme.

3. Confidentiality: The Applicant agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information
encountered during the Internship Programme. This includes, but is not limited to, business plans, trade secrets,
coaching content, and client information.

4. Intellectual Property: Any work created or developed by the Applicant during the Internship Programme that is related
to the Company's business shall be the exclusive property of the Company.

5. Bond: After the Internship Programme, the Applicant is NOT BONDED to Advisors Alliance Pte Ltd. Applicant is
allowed to utilise the knowledge acquired to operate in any other financial institution of his/her choice.

6. Absenteeism: All absenteeism must be supported by a medical certificate or valid reason. This Internship Programme
Agreement will be voided if the Applicant does not fulfill at least 80% attendance.

7. Personal Data: By providing your personal data to us, you consent to your personal data being used, disclosed,
stored, retained and processed by the Company, its associated persons/ organisations, its and their third party service
providers and its or their representatives, whether within or outside Singapore.

8. Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement with written notice if the Applicant
breaches any material term of this Agreement or engages in misconduct. The Applicant acknowledges that the grant is
contingent upon completing the period of the Internship Programme, ensuring satisfactory performance and adherence
to Company policies. In the event of behavior issues, the Company reserves the right to terminate the Applicant
immediately upon written notice.

In the event of a breach of this agreement, and/or failure to complete the Internship Programme without valid reasons,
the Applicant is liable for a penalty fee of up to $600.

9. Indemnity of Risk: The Applicant acknowledges and agrees to assume any and all risks relating to the participation in
the Internship Programme. The Applicant hereby indemnifies and holds the Company, its affiliates, assigns, officers,
directors, employees, and agents, harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and
expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with the Applicant’s participation in the
Internship Programme.

10. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether
oral or written.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Internship Agreement as of the Effective Date.
