Humble petition filed on behalf of J.Dr. under Section 151
of C.P.C

Most respectfully sheweth:-

That the J.Dr. begs to state that the company “Ganpati Vehicles” has
become defunct and has not been functioning for last ten years.
That no any company with the said name and style of “Ganpati Vehicles”
exist at present.
That due to the said prevailing conditions the execution proceedings in the
aforesaid case becomes infructuous. Therefore the execution proceedings
should not be proceeded further
It is therefore prayed that your honor
may kindly be pleased to consider that since
the company has become infructuous ten years
ago and no any company with the aforesaid
name exists at present. Therefore this
execution proceedings should not be
proceeded further.
And for this the J.Dr. shall ever pray.
 AFFIDAVIT
I, Prem Kumar S/o Shree Nandkishore Sah , R/o Gandhi Chowk,
Rohini, Deoghar, P.S. – Jasidih, P.O., Sub. Div. and Dist. – Deoghar,
(Aadhar No. 3520 7696 9452) do hereby solemnly affirm and declare on
oath
1. That I am the petitioner of this case.
2. That the above statements are true to the best of my
knowledge and information and I found to be true and
