Dear Mam. Noemi R. Zoleta,

We hope this letter finds you well. We are BSIT students at Bulacan State University -
Hagonoy Campus. We are writing to discuss a potential collaboration between our university
and Sta. Monica Elementary School for our capstone thesis. Our research focuses on creating
an application for deaf and nonverbal students, aiming to improve their learning, understanding
and way of their communication to break the barrier not only for students but also for teachers
and parents. We believe that Sta. Monica Elementary School expertise in teaching Special
Education (SpEd) students aligns perfectly with our study's objectives.
We seek permission to conduct observation with our group members, [Shane Marie
Sunga, Avel Enrico Marasigan, and Nermar Del Rosario], In SpED classes on Tuesday
March 25, 2024 at Sta. Monica Elementary School. We also aim to gather data from modules
and potential gain insights from teacher, students, and parents. Specifically, we would like to
request the participation of the teachers involved, including ma’am Lyra Salazar, in providing
valuable insight for out study. The collected data would significantly enhance the depth and
breadth of out research, providing real-world perspectives.
We understand the importance of respecting Sta. Monica Elementary School time and
commitments. I assure you that all research activities will be conducted professionally and
with minimal disruption to the school's routine. We appreciate your time and consideration and
