Subject: Request to furnish information under section 6(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005, on the
following questions

Sir,

DIET Kupwara has been providing training and conducting workshops on teachers and has been
receiving funds/grants for the same. You are requested to furnish following information/ documents

1. Provide list of teachers who are attached at DIET Kupwara office and are also working as
teachers in their respected schools
2. Provide list and details of events, programmes, workshops, classes, training programmes
conducted from January 1st 2023 till Nov 1st 2023
3. Provide separate list of the funds received by DIET Kupwara for the said events, programmes,
workshops ,classes, and training programmes
4. Provide expenditure list, funds allocation and money spend on the said events, programmes,
workshops, classes, training programmes.

If the information is not available in your office, Kindly forward to the concerned authority as per
Sec 6 (3) of RTI Act 2005.

Note: please furnish the information as immediately as possible as the same lies before your office
and the information sought is not falling under 8 of RTI Act

I am a citizen of India and I have attached a BPL card copy of my household for exemption of fee under
RTI Act 2005.
