PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:


To consistently deliver the best hospitality experience with personality, flair and attention to detail.

KEY ACOUNTABILITIES:
• Maximise customer experience through delivery of the best hospitality experience
• Ensure product knowledge enhances the customer experience
• Follow Company systems to ensure all checklists are completed on time
• Actively participate in an open, honest, and engaging culture
• Value your team, support and coach others within the venue
• Contribute and engage in team activities
• Ensure Company policies including stock, cash and compliance are followed and completed on time
• Always keep venue customers and team members safe and secure
