Good morning, reading my employment contract I have a question regarding it so I
ask please can answer, my question is the following and refers to my employer Can
the employer modify the functions to be performed by a worker or transfer it to
another workplace?

I say goodbye, yours sincerely.

Good morning, with respect to the question raised I proceed to answer, Functional
mobility for the performance of functions, both superior and inferior, not
corresponding to the professional group will only be possible if there are, in
addition, technical or organizational reasons that justify it and for the time essential
for its attention. The employer shall communicate his decision and the reasons
therefor to the workers' representatives.

The transfer of workers who have not been specifically recruited to provide their
services in undertakings with mobile or itinerant establishments to a workplace
other than the same undertaking requiring changes of residence shall require the
existence of economic, technical, organisational or production reasons justifying it.

The transfer decision must be notified by the employer to the worker, as well as to
his legal representatives, at least thirty days before the date of its effectiveness.

I hope I have clarified all the corresponding doubts, if there is any other doubt it
sends it to me by this same means to be clarified.

He says goodbye,
