Remanufacturing of automotive parts in Japanese market

Abstract

It may sound that remanufacturing is a new category of industries in Japan but actually it has a long history already. We would
like to start with a brief overview of remanufacturing industry and move to some of key topics about remanufacturing.
Remanufacturing might sound good for the environment but in order to operate it as business it is not so simple to promote
remanufacturing products in the business market. We would like to mention what we have done and issues to overcome.

1. Introduction
