Planned Tasks & Activities:
• Collaborate with several other teams within BioNTech in leading innovation efforts
for mRNA vaccine manufacturing.
• Lead technical transfer activities for commercial scale-up, launches and transfers
between BioNTech sites
• Improvement of process flows- identifies safety, quality, and efficiency
improvements for mRNA vaccine manufacturing
• Monitoring of product and process parameters
• Ensuring the optimum efficiency and continuation of the production process
• Collaboration on new process designs and risk assessments
• Lead “Just Do It” (JDI) Continuous Improvement activities and engage in
implementation of CI projects

Remarks: Candidate will spend the first 3 months in the BioNTech Innovation Center in Marburg
and will rotate between BIC and the H28 Manufacturing facility in Marburg for 9 months
as part of training and knowledge transfer in mRNA vaccine manufacturing
