GOALS: What are our team goals for this project?


What do we want to accomplish? What skills do we want to develop or refine?
1. Develop a harmonious team environment.
2. Build effective business communication Abilities.
3. Create high-grade deliverables.
4. Improve time management skills.

EXPECTATIONS: What do we expect of one another in regard to attendance at


meetings, participation, frequency of communication, the quality of work, etc.?

1. Each of our members should actively participate in meetings and teamwork.


2. We all must clearly assign work and fulfill our responsibilities.
3. We should respect each member’s ideas and time arrangements.
4. We should keep in touch at least twice a week through phone calls, messages
or WhatsApp.
5. We should understand our teammates, communicate on time, help each
other, and jointly challenge the difficulties of teamwork.

POLICIES & PROCEDURES: What rules can we agree on to help us meet our goals and
expectations?

1. Make use of a specific communication platform for frequent updates and


conversations.
2. Set up frequent team meetings at times that work for all members.
3. Assign work in accordance with each person's interests and strengths.
4. Any difficulties in meeting deadlines should be communicated well in advance.
5. Create a review procedure for work before submitting it.
6. Keep project-related data and critical files in a shared repository.
7. Uphold the standards of academic integrity in all that we do.
8. Show professionalism and respect to every member of the team.

CONSEQUENCES: How will we address non-performance in regard to these goals,


expectations, policies and procedures?

1. We will care for members with low participation rates to stimulate their
enthusiasm.
2. We will discuss instances of members not meeting deadlines and develop
improvements to the problem.
3. We will give constructive feedback to members on work that does not meet
standards and assist them in achieving high-quality work.
4. We will prompt members who violate the policy and explore corrective
measures.
5. We will report issues that cannot be resolved through communication and
compromise to the instructor, and we will consider re-forming the team if
necessary.

We share these goals and expectations, and agree to these policies, procedures, and
consequences.
