the petitioners in survey No 297 admeasuring 4 Acre 16 Guntas situated at Mamidipally village Saroor Nagar Mandal
Ranga Reddy District is illegal and ultra vires the provisions of the Wakf Act 1954 and Wakf Act 1995 and consequently
set aside the said Gazette notification at Sl No 2913 and direct the respondents to forbear from reckoning the said lands as
Wafk lands and further direct the respondents not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioners over
the said lands in the interest of Justice and pass
