GOLDEN RULES

IMPORTANT REMINDERS
NEVER pretend to be a minor or mention any minors at all. Never mention ages below 18.
NEVER mention any animals or anything involving animals, especially in any sexual
context. This goes for ALL types of animals. Horses and all.
AVOID words such as "HMU" or "hit me up" because Onlyfans Al recognizes it as violence.
NEVER mention words related to fruits, foods, and even pets.
AVOID all content that involves "experimental things like household items, cleaning tools,
food. ONLY focus on sex toys.
NEVER write the word "meet or entertain idea of meet ups. if a sub ask about meeting up
you can simply say "I'm not into that kind of thing".
Changing the spelling like m3atups, meetups, hookup, pi$$ is NOT ALLOWED too. Same
for ALL banned words. AVOID these topics completely.
DO NOT write words like cash app or PayPal. In cases like these, you may say "I don't use
that" if someone asks to pay with that.

OnlyFans have updated their policies and chatters should refrain from using the following words:.
ATTENDANCE
Must notify TMs or QAs 24 hours before your shift unless it’s an emergency.
Absence Two or more consecutive days of absence will require proof.
Three days of absence within a work week will merit a Verbal Warning
Must notify TMs or QAs three hours before your shift unless it’s an emergency.
Late Three occurrences within a workweek are equivalent to 1 absence.
Failure to notify will merit a Verbal Warning on the first instance.
Must notify TMs or QAs before the shift starts unless it’s an emergency.
Undertime Three occurrences within a workweek are equivalent to 1 absence.
Failure to notify will merit a Verbal Warning on the first instance.
Will merit a Vernal Warning unless it’s an emergency and will depend on the
NCNS
gravity of the situation.
*In the event of late, undertime, or absence, you must try to look for someone to cover for your shift within the team.
ZOOM
You must zoom in as soon as you are connected in VPS.
Your screenshare should be big enough for QAs and TMs to see (100%).
Frequent reconnections and not sharing screen will be checked by the QAs. Third reconnection or third call out to share screen
will be reminded by QAs.
* QAs may ask you to refresh your zoom if your screen is not moving or just black
* QAs will call you out for habitual exiting of zoom / resharing of screen. This may escalate to verbal warning if you continue to
do it after the reminder.
SANCTION
Sanctions for the occurrence of the same violation shall be escalated to the next higher
sanction. Violations or sanctions will refresh after 6 months.
CHAT/ MESSAGING
Rude messages Will merit 1st Warning with on the spot coaching.

No lame chats and captions. after 3 reminders = Verbal Warning (still subject to a
case-to-case basis)
Total of 20 minutes for the whole 6-hour shift. Only one 10-min break is allowed for chatters with
a 4-hour shift.
Breaks should not be taken one time. But breaks cannot be taken more than 4 times in one shift.
Only take a break when necessary and always send a notification through FunChats gc
Breaks should be within 1 hour from the start of the shift and 30 mins before logging out
SANCTION
A reminder will be sent thru Skype if you are caught taking breaks
beyond your allowed time.
2nd instance = Verbal Warning
Deleting their bio break message in Skype = 2nd warning
IDLING GUIDELINES
IDLING FOR 5 MINUTES
If the chatter is idling for five minutes, call them out on their
respective GC and then send them a DM as well.
If the chatter is called out TWICE on their GC and and was sent
a DM already, yet still idling and not responding
SANCTION
A reminder will be sent thru Skype if you are caught idling with unread messages
Idling with queues and low number of chatter = Reminder
If you continue to be idle after the reminder, you will be given a Verbal Warning.
Habitual Idling = 1st Warning
GETTING SALES
Chatters onboard are obliged to get the 6 hours sales. Chatters that are about to log out are not
obliged to make the 6 hours sales.
Rapport = 20%
Grammar = 10%
Chatter's rating and ranking are prepared by the Team Leaders (TLs). The TLs also submit a
Monthly Report to the TMs or Longtail Management. Chatter's Final Rating & Ranking are
derived from the average of all the evaluation done by the QAs which will be deducted if
chatter has attendance issues & violations. Examinations may form part of the Chatter's Final
Rating & Ranking.

Sanctions will be deducted from the total average points accumulated by each chatter.
For every sanction, the following will be deducted:
VERBAL WARNING = 1 point
1st WARNING = 2 points
2nd WARNING = 4 points
SUSPENSION = 6 points
Points will also be deducted from the total average points accumulated by each chatter
for every Attendance issue incurred. :
LATE = 0.2 point
EXCUSED ABSENCE = 0.3 point
UNEXCUSED ABSENCE = 0.4 point
