Work Experience
Core objectives:
Responsibility for supervision of maintenance and management, gardening, and domestic team on
the estate to required standards, obtaining maximum productivity, efficiency, quality, service and
upholding all aspects of compliance and quality standards and adhering to budget and required
criteria. Responsible for a team which will carry out skilled and general maintenance, gardening
and domestic duties and be involved in all aspects of estate management. A diverse range of
tasks which will include managing your team to keep the estate generally well run and maintained
and maintaining safety and security on the estate. This will include regular checks and
assessments for maintenance, health and safety and security and liaising with Line Manager,
ensuring jobs are performed as they are required.

Banquet Hall, villa and grounds maintenance, swimming pool, Garden and lawn, CCTV
Monitoring, Identifying and rectifying issues.
Routine Inspections: checking housekeeping work all premises, checking security guard point
morning evening shift, checking garden work and guide to supervisor, checking swimming pool
cleaning work, all repairing work like plumbing work, electrical work, carpenter work, color work,
CCTV, pumps system etc.
Health & safety: Maintain first aid kid box for injury. The field officer provides training to the
security supervisor/guards for Fire system and safety, weekly check fire system working properly.
Job Responsibilities:
Handling the administration activities to manage the overall day to day operation of all
aspects of the estate, General administration activities, immediately report
problems/failures that may impact on the estate and/or its visitors, clients/customers to Line
Manager, Repair & Maintenance and Safety Management, Housekeeping (Plant &
Surrounding), Horticulture, Pest Control Management, Cash vouchers bill processing,
Canteen and Pantry Management, Security management, Garden Management and
managing the team which performs this role. Being proactive in the entire task assigned
and taking end to end responsibility for the tasks been assigned. Up keeping all the data
records to the date in the prescribed format. Ensuring completion of the task as per priority
and given timelines.
