MorphoManager connected to OnGuard will synchronize all
OnGuard Cardholders with active Badges according to
criteria configured in MorphoManager and the BioBridge
OnGuard Connection Configuration. OnGuard Cardholders
that are synchronized may be limited by Badge Type and
Access Level.
OnGuard Cardholders that have existing fingerprint biometric
templates captured may have those templates synchronized
to MorphoManager during synchronization. (INCITS 378 or
PK_COMP templates only). Cardholders can also be enrolled
using IDEMIA terminals.
IDEMIA terminals can be wired to OnGuard Reader
Interfaces (Wiegand or OSDP) and are configured as readers
in OnGuard.
Updates to OnGuard Cardholders (name changes), Badge
status changes, and Access Level assignments are received
and applied by MorphoManager automatically.
Events can be sent to OnGuard Alarm Monitoring to indicate
failed biometric verification at the IDEMIA terminals. (This is
an optional configuration.)

DE145198 Acceptable When an Idemia Terminal (Reader) that is wired as a Wiegand

Limitation reader is removed from the OnGuard Access Level but not
removed from the MorphoManager Distribution Group, the terminal
will still verify a Cardholder's biometric template and display Access
Granted, however the panel will deny access with an Invalid Access
Level. Terminals that are wired using OSDP will receive feedback
from the panel and display Denied Access.

DE145191 Acceptable When a single OnGuard Badge Type is configured in the

Limitation MorphoManager BioBridge settings, only Cardholders that have
active Badges of that Badge Type will be synchronized to
MorphoManager.

DE145192 Acceptable The MorphoManager integration does not automatically create a

Limitation Logical Source or Logical Device for each Idemia terminal. The
Logical Source and Logical Devices must be manually created in
OnGuard System Administration.

DE145188 Note Synchronization of existing biometric templates from OnGuard was

not tested.

DE145232 Acceptable The MorphoManager integration does not explicitly support

Limitation OnGuard segmentation but will work with a segmented OnGuard
system. It is recommended that the OnGuard User Account used
by MorphoManager be an All Segments User .
