* Responsible for calling and following leads generated through marketing activity
and ensure maximum walk-ins from the same to achieve the set target.
* Maintain a proper sales record of all these leads and their status
* Handle walk-in enquiry, counsel them and provide them with details regarding our
products and enable and ensure their admission to achieve the set targets
* Maintain a proper sales record of all admissions, fee paid and paid receipt to all
customers
* Responsible for safe keep of the cash, cheque, DD or credit card pay-slip that the
customer have provided as payment and handling them over to the accounts
department with proper details
* Responsible to maintain, flow up and collect payments every month
* Responsible to sort out students queries or support them whenever they request
for the same.
* Responsible to provide the admitted students with necessary reference materials
and learning kit and also maintain a proper record for the same
* Responsible to distribute the referral incentive to students concerned and
maintain records of the same.
* Support team building and training of new recruit into the department
* To maintain a clean, decent, friendly and peaceful work environment to ensure
customer satisfaction and delight
* To Organize seminars, workshops and activities conducted by the company
both in-house and outside.
