I’m writing to express my keen interest in participating in the on-the-job training that is offered by your
institution, Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center. As I recently experienced working in the same facility as a
work immersion student, I want to further hone my acquired skills in the medical field. In addition, as I continue
to pursue my career as a medical technologist, I am eager to gain more practical experiences that will be
beneficial for my career path.

I‘m a fourth-year college student, currently enrolled in medical technology at the University of Santo Tomas. I
have learned a quite range of skills throughout my academic journey. As an example, I have learned to be an
analytical thinker, gained knowledge about medical terminologies, and learned to be quite organized with the
use of data management. However, even with these obtained skills, I still need to improve and gain more
experience to further prepare myself for my future profession.
