Step 1 Step 2 Step 3 WORKING PROCEDURE

Note : Always perform 5s before and after work

1. Set-up the machine.

2. Review drawing and prcoess requirements.
3. Check the machine parts and tool holder.
4. Set-up the workpiece to be cut.
5. Check and set-up cutting tools to be use.
6. Switch "ON" the power.

8. Remove workpiece.
9. Check and measure workpiece for the required
10. Fill up Traveller Card.

SAFETY REMINDER

● Environmental / Work place Cleaning.

● Concentrate while setting.
● Keep thing at designated place after use.
