BAC RESOLUTION FOR DECLARING LOWEST CALCULATED RESPONSIVE BID

AND RECOMMENDING APPROVAL FOR AWARD FOR THE PURCHASE OF 1ST
QUARTER OFFICE SUPPLIES

WHERAS, on 16 January 2024, the aforementioned project with an Approved Budget

Contract (ABC) of 35,000.00 with PR No. 2024-001 was procured through shopping;

WHEREAS, the BAC sent Request for Quotation to three (3) potential bidders namely:
FIEL COLLINCE GENERAL MERCHANDISE, DADIANGAS CROWN BOOKSTORE,
INC., NEW MARBEL TOP COMM’L to submit quotations;

WHEREAS, the opening of Bids was conducted last 16 January 2024 @ 1 pm, that
yielded the following result:

NOW, THEREFORE, in light of the foregoing considerations, we, the members of the
Bids and Awards Committee hereby RESOLVE as it is hereby RESOLVED to
recommend to the Head of the Procuring Entity to Award the contract to FIEL
COLLINCE GENERAL MERCHANDISE for the amount of THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND
(35,000).

This 16 January 2024 at the SK Office, Barangay Topland, City of Koronadal, South
Cotabato, Philippines.
