BAC RESOLUTION FOR DECLARING LOWEST CALCULATED RESPONSIVE BID

AND RECOMMENDING APPROVAL FOR AWARD FOR THE PURCHASE OF MEALS
AND SNACKS FOR ALS

WHEREAS, on 16 March 2024, the aforementioned project with an Approved Budget

Contract (ABC) 6,000.00 with PR No. 2024-002 was procured through shopping;

WHEREAS, the BAC sent Request for Quotation to three (3) potential bidders namely:
REDENS SPORTSWEAR & T SHIRT GALLERY, TOPNARDS TAILORING, POPOP
SPORTS to submit quotations;

WHEREAS, the opening of Bids was conducted last 16 March 2024 @ 11am, that
yielded the following result:

NOW, THEREFORE, in light of the foregoing considerations, we, the members of the
Bids and Awards Committee hereby RESOLVE as it is hereby RESOLVED to
recommend to the Head of the Procuring Entity to Award the contract to REDENS
SPORTSWEAR & T SHIRT GALLERY for the amount of SIX THOUSAND (6,000).

This 16 March 2024 at the BAC Office, SK Office, Barangay Topland, City of Koronadal,
South Cotabato, Philippines.
