REFERENCE DOCUMENTS :

FINDINGS:

There are new items and scope of work that are not included in the original contract which are essential for the completion of the project.

The following are the scope of works for the new items:
ADDITIVE WORKS:
A. Stainless Steel Inside Gutter
1. Cutting of the existing barangay hall roofing
2. Installation of C-Purlins support for the proposed stainless steel gutter.
3. Fitting of the new stainless steel gutter with flashing.
4. Restoration of ceiling below the proposed stainless steel gutter.
B. Roofing extension for the gaps between the existing buildings and the proposed project for rain water control.
1. Installation of C-Purlins supports for the roofing extension.
2. Installation of roofing extensions.
3. Installation and painting of eaves for the roofing extension.
4. Installation of additional lighting for the area with extended roofing.

RECOMMENDATION :
For approval of Variation Order No. 1 to cover the new items not in the original program of works essential for the completion of the project.
