Engine RPM Can Not Raise (f 002 alarm appear)
Symptom
Reason
Machine Photo
Customer said that throttle control generator is new change about 6 or 7months. We mounted this ourselves and not match
controller and throttle control generator. And do not make calibration. Therefore rpm selector swift and engine RPM can
not match fully. When we rotate rpm selector swift about 3 stage, engine is rotate over 1600 rpm actual rpm is more. But at
the end of stage of rpm selector swift and engine RPM are normal. We know that rpm is jump between f mode and heavy
mode. And loosing maintenance. Hydraulic and water reach in motor socket. Socket is loosing. We think that this situation
can damage the throttle control generator.
Action
We found the alarm and engine RPM can not raise with RPM selector switch. So that we measure voltage, continuity and
Ohm. We measure the fuse no 8 ( supply power to motor driver), we measure the ground with continuity, wire no 317 and
316 have continuity between motor drive and main controller. After that me measure wire no 218, 217 between motor and
throttle control generator. They are good condition. And wire is good between main controller and throttle control
generator. Voltage reach to throttle control generator socket about 9V between 217 and 218 during key swift on position.
So we decide to prepared the throttle control generator. We prepared it. When we disassembly the generator, we found the
motor and sensor. We check the sensor and motor. We placed the sensor rotate 180 degree. And we assemble the
generator. After that we place the key swift on position. F 002 alarm is disappear. So we test run the machine. Engine RPM
can raise with RPM selector swift. Job was finished.

Suggestion
We suggest that operator have to clean and careful entering hydraulic oil and water in socket every day.
