MICROBASE MOTORBIKE CORPORATION (MMC) is a duly licensed and registered


Filipino corporation engaged as a manufacturer, importer, wholesaler / retailer, and
dealer of high quality yet affordable motorcycles with complete line of spare parts.

MMC’s motorcycle brand may be new in the market, but the founders and management
of MMC is backboned with solid experience in the manufacturing, re-conditioning,
fabrication, trading, importation and distribution in the automotive industry. Capitalizing
on this solid foundation and financial stability, MMC is currently expanding its own retail
and distribution outlets all over the country.

The company was founded by Mr. Danilo Sayarot and Mr. Henry Chua last November
2011. They are both hardworking entrepreneurs in various business fields and
backboned with solid experience in manufacturing, fabrication, trading, importation and
distribution in the automotive industry. Capitalizing on this solid foundation and financial
stability, MMC is currently expanding its own retailer and distribution outlets all over the
country.

HISTORY

MMC was formed and incorporated as a collaboration of individuals and hard-working


entrepreneurs in various business fields. MMC is a business realization by industry
leaders with almost three decades of successful entrepreneurial trading, importation,
logistics, brokerage, automotive re-manufacturing / assembly, automotive spare parts
importation / distribution, and the successful business management of various trading
and manufacturing companies.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

The company is marketing a number of traditional models like the reliable


moped/underbone type ranging from 100cc to 150cc. It has also tested and proven
models in the upper displacement category with its Sports and Cruiser types at 200cc.

In addition to this, MMC has twelve existing product models (EXT 125, EXT 150, EXU
110/125, EXO 125, EXR 125, EXC 110/125, VOLT 200, MX 200/150, Skytrax, Riot,
Abruzzi, Skylynx, Sky Mini, Sky Mini Limited, Bongo, Skyteam Ace, Rumble, and
Avenger 125).
QUESTIONNAIRE (INTERVIEW)

1. What payment options do you have?


Here at Microbikes, we provide two (2) payment options for our clients. One is
thru cash basis and the other one is the installment plan.
2.How do I qualify for an installment plan?

To qualify for our installment plan, you'll need to provide your barangay clearance, a valid ID,
and proof of employment. Once we have these documents, we can discuss the installment
options available to you.

3.Do I need to pay anything upfront for an installment plan?


It depends on the model and terms of payments.
4.Can I get a payment plan if I have bad credit?
Definitely not
5.How much interest will I pay on my installment plan?
You'll pay a simple 1.5% interest annually on your installment plan

6.What if I miss a payment?

If you miss a payment, we'll remind you through calls and texts. However, please note that
missing a payment means you won't be eligible for any rebates, and there might be a 5%
penalty applied.

7.Are there any bonus for paying off my installment plan early?

Yes, we offer rebates for customers who pay off their installment plans early. It's our way of
rewarding responsible payment behavior.
