SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Joven Fajanilan, of legal age, Filipino, and with
address at 2 Torre Lorenzo Condominiums, Taft Avenue, Malate Manila, do hereby name,
constitute, and appoint Artie Fajanilan, likewise of legal age, Filipino, and with address at 2
Torre Lorenzo Condominiums, Taft Avenue, Malate Manila, to be my true and lawful attorney-
in-fact, with full power and authority to do and perform the following acts and things on my
behalf:

1. To request, collect, receive, and sign for any and all documents, specifically the Transcript of
Records and Diploma, from Arellano University School of Law, pertaining to my enrollment and
studies during the academic years 2017 to 2020, and to further represent me before the
appropriate authorities of Arellano University School of Law for any matters concerning the
procurement of the aforementioned documents, including but not limited to signing any forms,
making inquiries, and providing any additional information or documentation deemed
necessary.

2. To represent me before the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) or any other relevant
governmental or official institution for the purpose of obtaining a red ribbon authentication or
an apostille authentication for any pertinent documents related to my education, including but
not limited to the aforementioned Transcript of Records and Diploma from Arellano University
School of Law and San Beda Unviersity College of Law and College of Arts and Sciences

3. To do any and all acts necessary and incidental to the foregoing, as fully and effectively as I
could do if personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact
shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of this Special Power of Attorney.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to act in my
name, place, and stead to execute the foregoing purposes.

This Special Power of Attorney is effective as of the date of its execution and shall remain in full
force and effect unless otherwise revoked in writing.
