MINUTES OF THE REGULAR SESSION OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF

BARANGAY CAANAMONGAN, SANTA IGNACIA, TARLAC ON THE 4 TH DAY OF
FEBRUARY 2024 HELD AT CAANAMONGAN BARANGAY HALL AT 6:00 PM

I. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by the presiding officer at exactly 6:36 in the
evening.

II. OPENING PRAYER

The opening prayer was led by SK Councilor Jasmine Nicolas.

III. SINGING OF THE NATIONAL ANTHEM

The singing of the National Anthem was conducted by SK Councilor Mia
Ashley Enriquez.

IV. ROLL CALL

The SK Secretary did the roll call of the SK Members. After the roll call, there
were six presents and four absents. The presiding officer declared quorum.

B. BUSINESS FOR THE DAY

a) Updates of KK Forms
The SK Chairperson, in concurrence with the SK Councils have
discussed about the KK Profiling. Everyone approved that the deadline
of the submission will be on February 15, 2024.

b) Approval of Request for Upgrading the SK Office (Mayor’s

Office)
The SK Chairperson, in concurrence with the SK Councils, approved
on requesting materials to the Mayor’s Office in able to upgrade the
SK Office in the Barangay Caanamongan Municipality of Santa
Ignacia, Tarlac.

c) Approval of Request for Covered Court

The SK Chairperson, in concurrence with the SK Councils, approved
the Request to have a Covered Court in the Barangay Caanamongan
Municipality of Santa Ignacia, Tarlac. The Request Letter will be given
to the Mayor’s Office of Santa Ignacia, Governor Susan Yap, and
Congressman Jaime Cojuanco, Representative, 1st District of Tarlac.

d) Other Matters
1. SK Treasurer Rachelle Ann D. Abrazado have successfully
finished the Bookkeeping class.
2. SK Kagawad Kenneth Luna in getting a petition for suspension
