The parties involved were two males named Oscar Dela Cruz Adlis (referred to as V1
driver) 32, married, resident of Brgy. Sinawingan, Farmer and has 3 children. Rigor Beef Loaf
(referred to as V2 driver) 19, single, a college student and a resident of Brgy. Ulamian, North
Cotabato.

IV DISCUSSION
9. According to the witness, while he was sitting outside his store, he saw the Raider 125
motorcycle speeding and as a result, collided with a Bajaj motorcycle. Due to the strong impact,
the drivers of both motorcycles were thrown off and injured. The witness immediately called the
police for help to address the said collision. Upon arrival of the alert team, they secured the area
for investigation and out the injured drivers into the ambulance for hospitalization.
10. On the other hand, the driver of Raider 125 was believed to be a racer, he was a
member of an JRT racers organization who is believed to be organizing the illegal street racing.
The said race has a money involved in it, believed to be the prize of Php 100, 000.00. The
Libungan police brought the organizers in custody for questioning and they revealed that they
organized a lot of street racing in the past years, specifically 2022 and 2023.

V CONCLUSION
12. After a thorough investigation of PNP Libungan, the damages caused by the Raider
125 driver and the organizers will be payed and they will be brought for trial . The family of the
victim will file a case against them.

VI RECOMMENDATION
13. In line with the said incident, I recommend to have more surveillance cameras in the
area of Brgy. Ulamian and Brgy. Sinawingan to help more in the future investigation ls if the
same case will occur again.
14. To have a more checkpoints to prevent further occurrence of this kind of incident.
