This is to advise you that you have violated the examination instructions as you acted suspiciously and
kept whispering/reading the paper loudly on camera during the Introduction to Accounting and
Business Law papers held on March 01, 2021 and March 06, 2021 respectively.
You are hereby advised that such actions are defined as a gross violation of examination rules and
policies for which ICAP has prescribed most stringent penal actions, which include cancellation of your
subject examination.
However, the Examination Committee has taken a lenient view of your case and has decided to issue you
a warning instead of more severe action prescribed under examination policies.

You are accordingly advised to exercise caution and avoid recurrence of such type of actions in future.
