CONTRACT OF SERVICE

This contract for the Technical and/or Professional Services was entered into by and between
the Zamboanga State College of Marine Sciences and Technology hereinafter referred to as ZSCMST,
represented by the College President, DR. JAIME G. JALON and ____________ Filipino of legal age, Single,
and with residence at ____________, Zamboanga City hereinafter referred to as Visiting Lecturer.

WITNESSETH:

1. The Visiting Lecturer agrees to devote his/her technical and/or professional knowledge and
competencies in the employ of ZSCMST as Visiting Lecturer from January 22, 2024 to May
18, 2024 with a salary rate of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-TWO PESOS (Php 152.00) per hour
payable every 15th and last day of each month chargeable against Fund 164 (Income).
Additional of three (3) days from May 20 -22, 2024 for checking of papers, computation of
grades and submission of requirements.

2. The Visiting Lecturer shall also receive an additional gratuity pay and 20% premium pay of
their wage salary to be paid at the end of the year subject to the availability of funds as per
Administrative Order to be release before the year 2024 ends.

3. That Visiting Lecturer shall devote his/her official time to the services of ZSCMST and hereby
undertakes limited external employment upon expressed consent by ZSCMST.

4. The Visiting Lecturer shall be allowed the reasonable use of facilities required in the
performance of his/her assigned task.

5. That this Contract shall cease to be in full force and effect upon completion or termination
by the ZSCMST for a cause.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this 15 th day of January, 2024
at ZSCMST, Fort Pilar, Zamboanga City, Philippines.
