Santa Barbara, Etevac City that given to SPO2. John Vince Resuello in the office of investigation
by Santa Barbara Police Station, Santa Barbara, Etevac City. In this January 20, 2024, at exactly
3:00 pm before witnesses SPO3. Roi Aivan Herminigildo and Adre Macapagal.

under the 1987 Philippine Constitution, as follows:
