SUBJECT: Application for proposing Annual Budget.

Respected Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that the Cultural Committee wishes to
propose the Annual Youth Fest Budget for the academic year 2018-19. The main
objective behind this fest is to nurture the seeds of cultural variance by encouraging
the youth to express, excel and explore their passion. The first edition of this fest was
a huge success with students from different parts of the country participating in
different events. This time as well we are expecting a participation of approximately
1200 students from 40 universities across India. The schedule and requirements are
annexed to the application.

We would be highly obliged to you if you grant us the permission to go ahead with
the provided budget for respective events. We assure you that all the directions issued
to us will be followed with due attention and that every effort will be made to
maintain discipline and decorum in the University.
