Veggie Bagel Burger features a banana blossom patty, lettuce, onion, tomato, and

aims to promote healthy eating habits while satisfying consumer cravings.

Daumin Su Gambil, a culinary arts master's degree holder specializing in baking and cooking,
leads Bageliciouz as the owner and CEO. The idea for the business stemmed from a desire to

frequenting the area. This strategic location ensures visibility and accessibility, making it an
ideal spot to sell their Veggie Bagel Burger and attract potential customers interested in
healthier food choices.

The business requires an estimated funding of 500,000 to 600,000 pesos to cover startup costs,
working capital, hiring employees, investing in machinery, and business development.
Bageliciouz aims to operate through a collaborative structure involving various stakeholders,
including general, limited, and unlimited industrialists, partners, and capitalists, all working
towards the company's vision, mission, and revenue goals. By focusing on efficient operations
and supply chain management, the company aims to meet consumer demands and achieve
business success.

led by a culinary expert, and strategically located near a university campus, demonstrates a
promising business venture. With a clear focus on quality, affordability, and consumer

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PLAN

Our business introduces New York-style veggie Bagel Burgers with a unique twist to
the cutthroat business world. The "Puso ng Saging" or banana blossom used in the Veggie
Bagel Burger is served in replacement of the beef patty, and it is packed with fresh vegetables
to give it a savory flavor. It is fantastic for a go-to snack because it may already satisfy
hunger plus the fact that Filipinos like burgers. In addition, the Veggie Bagel Burger is a high
nutrient-dish because it is made with wholesome, vegetarian-friendly ingredients like
cucumbers, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and pepper.

We will face competition from Meta Burger, a burger joint site in front of our Kiosk

location. They offer a variety of burgers at different price points, including a buy one, take

one deal for 40 pesos. Additionally, we have the well-known fast-food chain Jollibee,

proudly present a diverse selection of burgers, each thoughtfully priced between 45 and

80, complete with a satisfying combo option. Additionally, this fast food chain has gained

widespread recognition. We have developed a unique product that provides a healthier

alternative to traditional burgers, setting us apart from our competitors. Our product is

Sambag II 0730600065 Urban 12, 173

As of 2020, there were 23,699 residents in Barangay Sambag, and by 2024, it is

anticipated that this number will have already begun to rise. Due to the proximity of several
housing units, businesses, and students, the location is favorable for sales. Conversely, our
product offers great quality at an affordable price. This indicates that our customers won't
experience financial hardship because the cost corresponds with the quality of the goods.
Since the product they are tasting is newer to the market than what is usually available in the
area, our customers may view it as having a stronger impact.

11
TREND IN THE INDUSTRY
Burgers have been in the industry for a long time now and have always been beloved
all over the world. There is even a twist in the buns, using bagels as a replacement. Using a
toasted bagel as a bun alternative allows for many flavor options, including sesame seed,
cheesy jalapeno, or even the classic plain. But burgers have a problem: they contain a lot of
cholesterol and saturated fat, and in this day and age, most people have become self-
conscious about their diet. With that being said, the product we have created is a healthier
alternative to burgers, keeping the twist of using bagel buns. Furthermore, this product was
invented to be something new and has a special approach to it.

CONSUMER ANALYSIS
The business will be conveniently located near the main entrance of Southwestern

University PHINMA, near Uncle Brew. Given the location, Veggie Bagel Burger

Bageliciouz is expected to appeal to health-conscious individuals, such as students who

value nutritious eating, as well as vegetarians and non-Catholic students. We extend an

open invitation to gym enthusiasts, educators, and university staff in the vicinity, as well

as to all customers who wish to join our establishment.

to hold regular training sessions to make sure that every employee is aware of their duties.
And to find out where improvements are needed, get input from stakeholders.

To sum up, Bageliciouz Burger is dedicated to upholding the greatest standards of

security and fortitude in the face of difficulty. Through the implementation of this
contingency plan and the promotion of a readiness culture, we can protect our customers,

MARKETING PLAN

A small business called Bageliciouz Bagel Burger uses bagels as buns to provide a
distinctive take on the classic burger. Located outside the Southwestern University PHINMA
campus, our goal is to serve everyone, but especially SWUdents, with affordable, but high-
quality ingredients and creative flavours. The goals of this marketing campaign are to
increase brand recognition, draw in consumers, and position Bageliciouz Bagel Burger as the
go-to place for mouthwatering and unique burgers. Our main target market consists of
working adults, college students, and families looking for reasonably priced but delicious
dining options. Additionally, we'll go after health-conscious customers searching for fast food
substitutes. Although the neighbourhood is home to several classic burger restaurants and
bagel businesses, none of them combine the two ideas as well as Bagel Burger. This unique
proposition gives us a competitive edge. We will create an easy-to-use website with our
menu, an online ordering mechanism, and details about our brand story for digital marketing.
Use social media sites like Facebook, Twitter,Tiktok, and Instagram to run promotions,
interact with fans, and display mouthwatering culinary pictures. Additionally, we would like
to work together for cross-promotional opportunities with neighbouring businesses, like
coffee shops or brewers, like Uncle Brew and Don Macchiato. As a way to show our support
for the neighbourhood and raise awareness, we will sponsor community events, sports teams,
and school functions. Funds for website construction, social media advertising, event
sponsorships, and promotional materials will all be allocated. We'll also track each marketing
initiative's return on investment over time and modify the budget as necessary. In conclusion,
Bageliciouz Bagel Burger may successfully market its distinctive products, draw clients, and
establish a solid reputation in the neighbourhood by putting these tactics into practice. Long-
term success in a cutthroat industry will require ongoing assessment and adjustment.
