Project Plan of an English Teacher Analysis

I chose " English Project Proposal - Creative Story Writing Competition". The
project is a proposal for creative story writing for kids in year 5. The project aims for
students to initiate interest in the English language. It is also for the students to show
their creativity throughout writing their own storyline and making their own short story
book. Enhancing their creativeness by making them think critically on plotting their ideas
through the English language. Through these enhancement their grammar would be
improve and their creativity will be challenged in terms of both arts and the English
language.

I think this is a good project proposal especially for Grade 5 students, it will
challenge their creativity, capability and communication. It also allows them to
showcase their talents and their grammar skills. English language is a universal
language which should be taught to children at an early age for an easier improvement
in growing up. It focuses on children's communication skills in English language. With all
these information the project proposal is a one of good project plan for English
language. The motivation of the prize and the honor of these kind of event is an
opportunity for children’s expression of their communication and grammar skills. It
integrates the benefits of the child's knowledge on English writing. Though these might
be an individual task, classmates, peers and teachers will still be there to show support
for these students. It is also an experience to get better, practice more for the next
contest and aim to win again. These contest will serve as a learning process for the
students, as it challenge their talents, creativity and communication skills, as well as
they will gain new knowledge from experiencing such activities like this.

The plan gives a complete details of the project proposal. The project’s goal on
encouraging students on showcasing their talents and grammar skills is good factor. As
English teachers, that even though the country is not a native speaker of English
language, a teacher should always find ways for students improvement on English
language as well as the winner and the runner ups of the said project would be proud of
his/her skill making them aim more at their young age. The proposal’s aims is justifying
a good project plan for English language. It sets a goal of testing out proficiency through
creativity.
