L: Let's start by introducing the Rothschild Champagne Estate, shall we?

representing joy and the art of living. It brings the Rothschild family together. As
the Rothschild family hosts guests in their various châteaux in Bordeaux and
establishing their own Champagne brand and expressing their own views on

G: It's been fortunate to earn the trust of the Rothschild family and propose ideas
for change that continuously advance the winery, which is crucial in our daily
work. Speaking of the changes in our wines over the years, we've increased the
use of oak barrels in winemaking, paying attention to the size and type of
containers, such as concrete vats and small stainless steel tanks, which bring us
closer to expressing terroir. We've also expanded the size of our vineyard plots,
intensified research on aging wines, and adopted the Réserve Perpétuelle method
every year, laying the foundation for improving wine quality. We've also been
refining the final step of winemaking by adjusting the dosage of sugar to the

collaboration projects and has also collaborated with some Chinese artists in

projects?

with artists like Château Mouton Rothschild, but the brand remains open to all
possibilities. We work alongside the Rothschild family, which has many artist
actively seeking collaborations with more artisans, primarily from France at the
