Course Name Advance Diploma In Medical Imaging Technology
Two Years “Advance Diploma in Medical Imaging Technology” recognized by Govt. of Maharashtra will be
conducted at this Hospital commencing from August 2024 for the Academic year 2024-25.
Course
This is a comprehensive course with full-time schedule of lectures, demonstrations, practical and clinical
Detailed
experience in the delivery of Imaging Technology. The course is designed to develop personnel to use
modern Radiology equipments like X-ray, CT scan, MRI, Mammography, & Cathlab Machines in Hospital.
Passed Any B.Sc or B.Pharm.
Eligibility B.SC RESULT AWAITING CANDIDATES CAN ALSO APPLY.
Criteria THEY WILL BE CONSIDERED SUBJECT TO SUBMISSION OF THEIR B.SC RESULTS ON THE DAY OF
JOINING. Having mere basic qualifying marks will not fulfill the right for admission to this course.
Selection Selection will be based on the marks obtained in entrance examination (Based on HSC – Physics,
Criteria Chemistry & Biology)
Between 20 and 25 years. Relaxable by 5 years for SC / ST and 3 years for OBC candidates as on

31.05.2024.
2 Year + 01 year Mandatory Internship. The diploma will be awarded only after successful

completion of the Internship.
A Stipend Rs.12,000/-p.m. will be paid during the training. Candidate will be required to serve the
Non – Tata Memorial Centre for a period of 1 year as mandatory internship on remuneration @ Rs.
Sponsored 18,000/-p.m. after successful completion of the training. Annual College tuition fee will be
charged Rs.14,000/- per year.
National candidate sponsored from Cancer Centres / Hospitals for training will not be paid any stipend

nor undergo internship. Training fee of Rs.14,000/- will be charged per year
Medical Selected students will be covered under Medical Insurance facility provided by the Institute on co-
Insurance payment (20% of yearly premium) which is Mandatory.
Candidates leaving the course midway will have to repay the entire stipend amount and the total 2 years
Terms
course fee with Penal Interest.
Other Terms and Conditions
 The candidate has to pay examination fees to Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE) every year,
as applicable. Selected candidates from outside Mumbai will be provided hostel accommodation, if available on
payment. The same candidates will be allowed to avail cafeteria facility, the charges of which will be paid by the
candidate as applicable & they are required to keep refundable deposit Rs.4000/- for diet in addition Library
Deposit of Rs.1000/- is applicable to all the candidates.
 Selected candidates from outside Mumbai will be provided hostel accommodation on availability. Hostel charges
@10% of the stipend will be deducted every month. Refundable deposit of Rs.5,000/- for hostel accommodation
will have to be paid to avail this facility.
 Candidates who are found to consistently perform below established standards will be terminated from the
program after due process.
 General & OBC candidates have to pay the Online Registration Fees Rs.1000/- & SC / ST / Physical
Handicapped have to pay Rs.300/- by using Debit Card/Credit Card Online. Fees once paid will not be refunded
under any circumstances. Candidate shall verify their eligibility for the post before applying and making payment of
application fee. Last date of online application is 31.05.2024 upto 05.00 p.m.
 The candidate has to upload scanned copies of all required documents / certificates along with the online
application for verifying eligibility for the course & failing which application will be rejected.
 The Hardcopy of application alongwith Copies of all relevant certificates and documents are required to bring at the
time of Interview.
 All correspondence with the applicant will be done through email only. Responsibility of receiving, downloading
and printing of related documents will be of the candidates. Tata Memorial Centre will not be responsible for any
loss of email sent, due to invalid/wrong email ID provided by the candidate or delivery of emails to spam/bulk mail
folder etc.
 During the period of training, the Trainee shall not apply for any post or any other courses / P.G. studies /
Scholarship or appear for any examination or interview outside or if applied before start of the training, the
candidate has to give proper information to this institution.
 All candidates must submit a certificate from Allopathy Medical Doctor confirming the health status (Physical &
Mental) of the candidate.
 Application will be rejected if the candidate provides incorrect and incomplete information in the application form.
No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
 The decision of the Director – Tata Memorial Centre, shall be final and binding. Director TMC has rights to
restrict the number of intake capacity based on the requirement of the institute.
