participant, who has a valid Singapore

your phone from INTLK. There will be a
link for you to click and a QR code will
appear. Before entering our office, there
is a security gate check where you will
have to scan this QR code before you can
enter.
For participants without a Singapore

mobile number, please approach the
security to do a self-registration.
Once you are at Blk 103, proceed to 5th floor

for the course and turn right from the lift
lobby to enter the classroom.
Our Training Centre can be reached by taxi

or by bus number 6 (alight at
Encompass Digital Media) taken from Pasir
Ris Bus Interchange. If you are driving,
please park at level 6B and use the link
bridge to level 5.

required, and will deliver the course at an appropriate training venue.
We will also provide you with the end of course examination/
evaluation and will distribute your examination results once

As a candidate - before your course

KBA Training Centre is committed to ensuring all candidates have an

Your course will be followed by an examination/assignment

clear instructions on examination conduct on the day. Your completed
answer sheets will be posted immediately for marking and the results
will then be returned. We will then post your certificate to you if
successful, or provide information on retaking your examination if
not. Replacements for lost or stolen certificates are issued at the
discretion (fee payable).
Your learning experience

As a candidate on a regulated training course you should expect a
high standard of training provision and support. Once your course is
complete, your views on whether or not this high standard has been
achieved will be greatly welcomed. Evaluation forms will be available
for you to provide feedback on your training experience. If you have
any queries or concerns about your course you should contact KBA

Reminder to learners on Zoom training attendance:
1. All participants must join in the training with audio and video
activated. Video of the participants must be turned on
throughout the entire duration of the training except
during breaks. Where there are issues with audio and/or
video, a replacement laptop must be made available. Students
who does not activate their video will not be able to be
confirmed as attended, hence, they will be marked as absent.
2. All participants will remain muted unless instructed.
3. Each student must have their own stationeries (pens and blank
writing papers) ready for group discussions and presentations
if required.
4. 100% attendance is required for successful completion of this
course
