Sir/Madam,
I am fully aware that-My ward Kum/Miss Rushikesh. Ajit kalkutaki studying in 4th sem EE-
4-I at your diploma in Electrical Engineering Group. Institute has to undergo six weeks of
Industrial Training for partial fulfillment towards completion of Diploma In Electrical
Engineering.
For this fulfillment he/she has been deputed at

For industrial training of 06 weeks for
period from 01/06/2024 to 14/07/2024.

With respect to above I gave my concent for my ward to travel to and from the mentioned
industry. Futher I undertake that ---
a) my ward will be entirely under the discipline of organization where she /he will be placed
and will abide by the rules and regulation in force of the said organization.
b) My ward is not entitled to any leave during period.
c) My ward will submit regularly a prescribed weekly diary, duly filled and countersigned
by the training supervisor of the organization to the mentor faculty of the polytechnic.
d) My ward will undergo the training at his/her own cost and risk during training and/or not

I have explained the contents of the letter to my ward who has also promised adhere strictly
to the requirements. I assure that my ward will be properly instructed to take own care to avoid
any accidents /injuries in the industry.
