On .the recommendation of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, CHS-I vide O.M.
No.A.12034/02/2024-CHS 1 dated 16.02.2024, you are recommended as provisional Candidate' for
appointment to the post of General Duty Medical Officer, Grade-Il in Municipal Corporatjon of Delhi
(MCD). Your candidature will be valid only for a period of six months from the date of declaration of
the result i.e. up to 17.05.2024 subject to clearance from UPSC on submission of following documents
in UPSC, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-110069:

(i) Original 10th certificate.

(ii) MB BS certificate,
(iii) OBC certificate not in order.
(iv) ICC certificate.
2. In case you fail to submit the required documents as mentioned above in UPSC within the time
period stipulated by UPSC i.e. 17,05.2024, your candidature will stand cancelled and no further
correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
