Quality underpin the company's operations, including its objectives and targets which are reviewed
annually and monitored monthly.

 Comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993; all other legal requirements
and Comply with the requirements for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & 45001.
 Utilize natural resources responsibly and pro -actively identify, eliminate, or minimize potential
Sources of harm or risk from all our activities we undertake and provide mechanical and physical
Safeguards wherever they are necessary.
 We will identify SHEQ critical activities, and act to reduce significant risks and impacts to as low
as reasonably practicable.
 We will ensure Quality checks and in process checks are conducted and up to date QCP's.
 We will maintain open and transparent relations with employees, relevant authorities, and the
Community, seeking constructive partnerships in meeting our SHEQ challenges, and in uplifting
the standards that equal or exceed the best practices in the industry.
 All staff and contractors will be involved in promoting and complying to the SHEQ performance
Within their own activities and will be provided with the means to do so.
 Striving to promote the wellbeing of the environment by applying proper waste management
techniques and by avoiding pollution and damage to property and recycle all waste as far as
possible.
 Communicate the policy to all employees and stakeholders and continual improvement of our
Integrated SHEQ management system.
 We will monitor, audit, and review the SHEQ performance of our activities against identified
accepted SHEQ management standards.
 Addressing the needs and expectations of CITIZEN Metals, India interested parties, customers,
and
Stakeholders.
 Setting SHEQ objectives goals and measuring our performance against these with the
Objective of continual improvement.
 Our philosophy of continuous improvement applies directly to the quality of our product
manufactured or procured as well as the quality of our products and the Quality of Service we
offer customers by measuring our Delivery in full and on Time on a percentage basis and our
