Directions: Write an essay following any Patterns of Written Text. You may choose
among the patterns discussed in the lesson. The essay shall consist of five (5)
paragraphs only.

Paper: 1 whole yellow paper

Ballpen: Black Pen only

Note: Please attach the following in proper order (staple them). Order of
attachments per student:

1. RUBRICS ( Printed, 8.5X13/ Long Bond Paper)

2. OUTLINE (Handwritten,1 whole yellow paper)
3. ESSAY (Handwritten, 1 whole yellow paper)

Outputs must be compiled ALPHABETICALLY. Each block headed by the class

representative will provide a BROWN or LIGHT BROWN expanded envelope. Write
the BLOCK and BLOCK NAME on the UPPER RIGHT CORNER at the BACK of the
envelope
