Greetings! Sir,

This is a follow-up letter request dated last October , 2023 regarding the repair of
comfort rooms, water supply and electrical lighting and outlets of the old IE building.

As classes has already started, the students are bothered on finding for a clean comfort
rooms. That is why we are force to use the toilets of Criminology and Engineering building.

Because of this, we would like to request your humble office for your immediate
response regarding the repair of the said electrical lightings and outlets and specially the
comfort rooms.
