Inspection Conducted on April 10, 2024, at 10:00 am to 12:00nn
Each and every inspection has been completed in compliance with RA 7920 and the PEC
standards. In accordance with the as-built plan, the dimensions of the installation, lighting,
breakers, and cable sizes are all current. It showed that the panel box was difficult to access due
to an obstruction, the convenience outlet was not encased and the convenience outlet not
properly installed.
