1, the undersigned being the P.R. of the aforesaid case states as follows:

That I have not been served with any demolition order but came to know from a copy which was served on
10.11.2023 from the Officer in Charge, Narkeldanga PS regarding the demolition proceeding. I therefore want to
prefer an appeal before the Municipal Building Tribunal and as such one Certified copy is require for preferring
the said appeal.

In this circumstances, I do hereby request you please issue me one Certified copy of the subject matter
demolition order at an early date.

For your kind perusal I am submitting herewith one Xerox copy of the said order of the Executive Engineer
(Building ), Borough IV, Kolkata Municipal Corporation and undertake to pay the necessary charges for the
same.
