This is just an application, it should not be considered as a proof of admission,

admission process will be done after Eid, which will be informed by phone/message-
 Instructions and rules
1. All the rules and regulations of the Jamia must be followed by the student and her father/guardian.

2. After admission, the student will not be allowed to transfer completely in mid-year, in case of transfer in mid-year,
the amount of fee collected will not be refunded.

3. The student will be given 15/days leave in the whole year except for collective holidays (Eid-ul-Adha, half term), there
. will be no scope for any other leave.

4. It is mandatory to deposit the prescribed monthly fee of the Jamia in advance by 1st to 5th of every month, in
case of delay, a penalty of fifty rupees (50) per day shall be charged.

5. In case of illness of the student, the cost of medicine has to be paid by the father/guardian.

6. There will be no scope for meeting during academic hours, come for the meeting only at the time specified by the Jamia.

7. It is mandatory to have an ID card issued by the Jamia to meet the student, there will be no room for meeting
without the ID card.

8.In case of loss of the identity card issued by the Jamia, report to the office number and issue another identity card.

9. At the time of admission, the student must have at least 2/number of uniforms (white shalwar, Qamees, hijab), and
naqaab must be worn for female students above 10 years of age.

10. Submit any suggestion/complaint to the office in written form, no attention will be given to verbal complaints to the
staff of Jamia.

11. Teachers will have the right to disciplinary action for violating the rules and regulations of the Jamia.

12. If the student leaves the Jamia without permission, or falls victim to any divine calamity, the institution will not be
responsible for it.

13. The decision of the Jamia Office in any matter/problem shall be final and final.
