4 Objectives
Our general objective of the Electrical Audit Evaluation is to review, document and inspect
the electrical systems of the 3-storey Hotel building while being supervised by the
maintenance personnel of the building.
1. Ensure the safety and functionality of the Electrical system within the premises; our
electrical inspection also considers to identify the potential hazards or deficiencies in
the electrical infrastructure if there is any.
2. Review if the load schedule of the commercial building remained complied with the
as-built plan provided by EMC Architecture.
3. Inspect the Electrical Room, Generator & the service entrance of the commercial
building.
4. Prepare the Electrical audit report including significant observations and opportunities
for improvement which can be used by the site’s management continuous energy
efficiency program

Another change that we observed was between the electrical plan and the actual building is
the routing of electrical wiring. While the electrical plan provides a general guideline for the
placement of wiring, the actual installation may require adjustments to accommodate
structural elements, plumbing systems, or other utilities. Additionally, advancements in
technology and electrical systems may also lead to changes between the electrical plan and
the actual building. As new and more efficient electrical components become available, the
electrical engineer or the building owner may suggest updates or modifications to the original
plan to incorporate these advancements, such as installing an automatic transfer switch (ATS)
in the electrical system for continuous operation of electricity in the premises.
In conclusion, the electrical plan serves as a foundation for the installation of the electrical
system in a building, but changes are often necessary during the construction process. These
changes can range from the addition or removal of electrical components to adjustments in
wiring routing and the incorporation of technological advancements by the Architect or the
Building owner.
Introduction
1.1 Project Information
Verification, monitoring, and analysis of energy usage are included in a walk-through Energy Audit
Level 1, along with the production of a technical report containing recommendations for enhancing
energy efficiency along with a cost-benefit analysis and an implementation strategy to reduce energy
use. Any power plant's various fuel and energy consumption methods will become clearer. This will
facilitate the process of identifying potential waste areas and places for improvement. The location
for data collection and this audit will be carried out in close coordination.
- The energy audit will focus only on 1 3-storey building. Permission is taken beffore the ac-
tion start.
- The energy audit methodology will only include Level1 (Walkthrough) in compliance with
RA 11285 - Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act.
- The Level 1 (Walkthrough) observations and calculations in this report make use of prelimi-
nary data from technical references and vendor data. It seeks to notify the location of possi-
ble cost and energy-saving options. Determining if measures require additional examination
is the aim of the computations and observation.
The primary objectives of a Level 1 audit are to find possibilities for energy efficiency im-
provements and to characterize the kind and function of energy systems. This may involve
identifying several distinct efficiency opportunities.
