Dark greenish gray, medium dark gray, in parts grayish olive green, transparent to translucent, loose to

friable, in parts moderately hard, very fine to fine grain, in parts medium grain, sub angular to sub
rounded, poorly to moderately sorted, calcareous cement, in part argillaceous matrix.
Claystone 20%: Dark reddish brown, Moderate brown, in parts moderate reddish brown, soft to firm, sub
blocky to blocky, in parts amorphous, sticky, pasty, moderately washable, highly calcareous.

1810–1835ft. Sandstone with Thin Bed of Claystone.


Sandstone 90%: Dark greenish gray, medium dark gray, in parts grayish olive green, transparent to

moderately hard to hard, in parts loose, fine to medium grain, in parts very fine grain, sub angular to sub
rounded, in parts rounded, moderately sorted, slightly calcareous cement.
Siltstone 20%: Grayish brown, dusky brown, moderately hard to hard, Sub blocky to blocky, non
calcareous.
Claystone 10%: Dark reddish brown, moderate brown, soft to firm, in parts hard, blocky to sub blocky,
slightly washable, slightly sticky, in parts gradded to siltstone, non calcareous.

1910–1920ft. Sandstone with Intercalation of Claystone and Thin beds of Siltstone.


Sandstone 50%: Grayish olive green, dusky yellowish green, in part greenish gray, transparent to
translucent, loose to friable, in parts hard, very fine to fine grain, in parts medium grain, sub angular to sub
rounded, moderately sorted, traces of calcite crystals, calcite veins, calcareous cement.
Claystone 40%: Moderate reddish brown, pale reddish brown, in parts moderate brown, soft to firm, sub
blocky to blocky, in parts amorphous, sticky, pasty, moderately washable, moderately calcareous.
Siltstone 10%: Dusky brown, dark reddish brown, moderately hard to hard, sub blocky to blocky, non
calcareous.

1920–1950ft. Claystone with Streaks of Sandstone.
