BODY 1 – (Question 1): What do you think is the most important element of a perfect
society in the modern world?

Mình nghĩ yếu tố quan trọng nhất của một xã hội hoàn hảo là hạnh phúc của người dân.
Lý do: Cuối cùng mọi cố gắng của chúng ta đều muốn hướng đến một cuộc sống hạnh
phúc, không phải vướng bận chi điều gì. Điều này có thể thấy ở những thứ thường ngày
như:
+) Người lớn: Đi làm, nỗ lực kiếm tiền, mong muốn một cuộc sống không có gánh nặng
tài chính
+) Trẻ con: Thường được động viên là phải chăm chỉ học tập để sau này có một cuộc
sống thoải mái.
Hay nếu nhìn xa hơn, chúng ta có những nỗ lực như chống phân biệt chủng tộc và thúc
đẩy bình đẳng giới cũng nhằm mục đích xây dựng một xã hội hạnh phúc hơn, công bằng
hơn, nơi không cá nhân nào cảm thấy bị thiệt thòi.
=> Tất cả những ví dụ trên đều nhấn mạnh đến tầm quan trọng của hạnh phúc & xã hội
được cho là hoàn hảo sẽ không thể tồn tại nếu thiếu đi yếu tố này.

BODY 2 – (Question 2): How can people work towards achieving an ideal society?
Để đạt được xã hội hạnh phúc, lí tưởng này, mình nghĩ sẽ cần sự phối hợp ở nhiều mặt.
+) Với chính phủ:
Các chính sách thúc đẩy phân phối tài sản một cách công bằng và tiếp cận các dịch vụ
thiết yếu như chăm sóc sức khỏe và giáo dục cần được ưu tiên => đảm bảo rằng mọi
thành viên trong xã hội đều có nền tảng cần thiết cho hạnh phúc
Thêm vào đó, cần thúc đẩy văn hóa cộng đồng và hỗ trợ xã hội => tạo ra một xã hội gắn
kết hơn.
+) Với cá nhân:
Cần đóng góp bằng cách tham gia vào các hoạt động cộng đồng, thể hiện sự đồng cảm và
ủng hộ các chính sách hướng tới lợi ích lớn hơn.

Answer:
Since the dawn of civilization, mankind has fantasized about creating a utopia. However,
what constitutes this type of society has still been a question of debate. In this essay, I
will first point out the foremost factor contributing to a perfect society, before proposing
some measures to make it a reality.

From my perspective, at the heart of human endeavor lies the quest for a fulfilling life,
free from pain and suffering. This pursuit of happiness is evident in our daily lives.
Adults often devote considerable time to their careers, aspiring for advancement and
financial stability, which most of them associate with happiness. By the same token,
children are encouraged to excel academically, under the belief that academic success
paves the way for a comfortable future. If we shift our focus further, efforts to combat
racism and promote gender equality also aim to cultivate a happier, more equitable
society where no individual feels marginalized. These examples underscore happiness as
the cornerstone of any utopian vision.

To pave the way for a happier, ideal society, concerted efforts are warranted on multiple
fronts. On the governmental level, policies that promote equitable distribution of wealth
and access to essential services like healthcare and education should be prioritized. This
could ensure that every member of society has the foundations necessary for happiness.
This should be executed in tandem with fostering a culture of community and social
support. When people feel connected and supported by their communities, it not only
enhances their personal well-being but also creates a more cohesive and resilient society.
Furthermore, individuals themselves should play a crucial role in this pursuit, by
engaging in community activities, showing empathy, and supporting policies that aim for
the greater good.

In conclusion, I believe the foundation of an ideal society in the modern world lies in the
happiness of its people. Realizing this goal calls for government policies focusing on
quality of life, promoting social cohesion and inclusivity, and individual commitment to
communal well-being. Only by prioritizing and working towards this collective well-
being can we hope to inch closer to the concept of a perfect society.
