INSTALLATION PROCEDURES

この据付要領書は、NIM-500B を納品の際据付の資料としてご使用ください。
適応装置: SSD-500Ver.4.2～
必要な工具：プラスドライバー、マイナスドライバー（あらかじめ用意すること）

These installation procedures are provided for reference in installation of NIM-500B.

Adaptation device： SSD-500Ver.4.2～
Tool required : Philips screwdriver, flat-blade screwdriver( Provide it beforehand)

注意
■ 装置の据付作業は、有資格者に限られる。
■ 装置を設置する場所の環境条件および電源設備は、取扱説明書の記載条件による。
■ 探触子の接続は、取扱説明書を参照すること。
■ 指定された機種以外のオプション機器は、取り付けしないこと。

CAUTION
■ This system must be installed only by the qualified personnel.
■ The environmental conditions for the place of installation of the NIM-500B system and the
specifications of the power supply must satisfy the requirements stated in the operator’s
manual.
■ See the operator’s manual for the connection of the probe.
■ Do not install optional equipment of other models.

Please refer to the disassembling instruction for removing of covers ofSSD-500.

メモリユニットの取り付け方法
Mounting of Memory Unit

① ＰＣ板[EP5192**]にコンパクトフラッシュメモリカード、ROM を差し込む。
① Insert the Compact flash memory card and ROM in PC board [EP5192**].

②カバーの取り外し方法と逆の手順で、カバーを取り付ける。
②Install the cover with the reverse of Removing of covers.
