II. BACKGROUND/SITUATION ANALYSIS

● Citizens being physically inactive.

 ● Nowadays, people are more inclined to do nothing but stay inside their house

and focus on social media. It renders their body inactive. Moreover, the majority
of them are unhealthy because they don't take vitamins.

III. PROJECT OBJECTIVES

the constituents.

everyone to engage in physical
activity.

IV. DESIRED IMPACT AND OUTCOME OF THE PROJECT

● Physically, it can improve cardiovascular health and boost immune system. It can

also increase social interaction and enhance community health awareness.

● For the constituent to be physically active and healthy.

V. RISK MANAGEMENT PLAN

● Lack of participation or insufficient interest of the constituents. And also limited

funding and inadequate facilities.

● Engaging with the community and implementing health and safety protocols.
