ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS (ICZBAA) AND APPROVED BY THE EXISTING LAWS, CODES AND REGULATIONS. BUILDINGS OR
SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD., ALLOW OTHER USES NOT STRUCTURE SHALL ONLY BE BUILT ON THE LAND AREA
PREVIOUSLY DEFINED HERE. THIS IS POSSIBLE IF THEY ARE DETERMINED WITH THE REQUIRED SETBACKS, PERCENTAGE
COMPATIBLE WITH THE ALLOWABLE USES AND THAT THEY ARE OF LOT OCCUPANCY (PLO), FLOOR TO AREA RATIO (FAR),
NOT EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED BY THIS PLAN’S ACCOMPANYING EASEMENTS AND /OR BUFFER ZONES AS DETERMINED BY

WARRANTED.
7. COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER EFFLUENTS
SHALL NOT DISCHARGE INTO SURFACE AND GROUNDWATER
BUILDING/STRUCTURE DESIGN REGULATIONS UNLESS IT IS SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN THAT SUCH DISCHARGES
WILL NOT CAUSE THE DETERIORATION OF THE WATER QUALITY.
BUILDINGS SHALL BE MADE FLOOD PROOF THROUGH EFFLUENTS SHALL BE MAINTAINED ACCORDING TO DENR’S
ANY OR COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING MEANS: LATEST EFFLUENT QUALITY STANDARDS FOR CLASS “C” INLAND
WATERS;

RAMP AT 0.70 M. AND 0.90 M. FROM THE RAMP LEVEL;

RAMPS SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH CURBS ON BOTH SIDES


WITH A MINIMUM HEIGHT OF 0.10 M

ANY RAMP WITH A RISE GREATER THAN 0.20 M. AND LEADS


DOWN TOWARDS AN AREA WHERE VEHICULAR TRAFFIC IS
POSSIBLE, SHOULD HAVE A RAILING ACROSS THE FULL
WIDTH OF ITS LOWER END, NOT LESS THAN 1.80 METERS

HANDRAILS

HANDRAILS SHOULD BE INSTALLED AT BOTH SIDES OF


RAMPS AND STAIRS AND AT THE OUTER EDGES OF DROPPED
CURBS. HANDRAILS AT DROPPED CURBS SHOULD NOT BE
INSTALLED BEYOND THE WIDTH OF ANY CROSSING SO AS
NOT TO OBSTRUCT PEDESTRIAN FLOW.

HANDRAILS SHALL BE INSTALLED AT 0.90 M AND 0.70 M


ABOVE STEPS OR RAMPS. HANDRAILS FOR PROTECTION AT
GREAT HEIGHTS MAY BE INSTALLED AT 1.0 M TO 1.06 M.

A 0.30 M LONG EXTENSION OF THE HANDRAIL SHOULD BE


PROVIDED AT THE START AND END OF RAMPS AND STAIRS.

HANDRAILS THAT REQUIRE FULL GRIP SHOULD HAVE A


DIMENSION OF 30 MM TO 50 MM.

HANDRAILS ATTACHED TO WALLS SHOULD HAVE A


CLEARANCE NO LESS THAN 50 MM FROM THE WALL.
HANDRAILS ON LEDGES SHOULD HAVE A CLEARANCE NOT
LESS THAN 40 MM.
