About the assignment
Marketing at MoEngage drives significant contributions to the overall pipeline - with the majority coming from owned
events and select tradeshows and brand campaigns, among other channels.

We would love for you to work on this assignment. Please review the tasks outlined and prepare a presentation to
capture your thinking.

We understand you may not know the specifics of the MoEngage, so the intent/idea is not assessing the plan's validity
but rather the thought process and your approach behind it.
Task 1
How would you increase brand recall and sales pipeline through events? This task can cover:

● The different types of events we should organize/participate


● Event Calendar
● Target audience
● Indicative budget
● Timeline
● Topline messaging we wish to deliver?
● Promoting the event - before, during, and after
● Success metrics

Please supplement with examples or samples wherever possible.


Task 2
Please provide an end-to-end plan for one such event you recommended in Task 1. The plan must include:

● The type of the event


● Execution plan for the event (logistics, timelines, travel, accommodation, budgets, etc., if any)
● Messaging: What is the theme for the event? What will be the topics for the track etc.?
● Promotion plan - before, during, and after the event
● Support required/cross functional asks
● Success metrics

Task 3
How will you recommend a 3rd party event/tradeshow to sponsor?

● What criteria would you look at to finalize participation?


● An execution plan
● Messaging & design of the booth (Provide a brief note explaining the concept/ idea along with references)
● How would you drive engagement and audience?
● What assets would you need and why?
● How will you engage GTM teams (Sales, SDR, pre-sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships) to drive
ROI?
● Success metrics
Task 4
How would you leverage partnership (e.g., AppsFlyer - in attribution and is a complementary solution)?
Task 5
Create an integrated campaign idea with the execution plan to generate a pipeline for the SEAANZ region.
